Yoga / Pilates Instructor Luxury Private Game Reserve Hoedspruit Area

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga / Pilates Instructor to join the wellness team of a luxury private game reserve in the Hoedspruit area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified wellness professional who is passionate about health mindfulness and guest wellbeing. Set within a tranquil safari environment the successful candidate will deliver inspiring yoga and/or Pilates experiences that enhance guests overall wellness journey while providing exceptional service.

Package

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Live-in position

Accommodation provided

Meals provided during working hours

3-week working cycle followed by 7 consecutive days off

The Role

The Yoga / Pilates Instructor will be responsible for conducting both private and group sessions for guests of varying fitness levels and experience. The ideal candidate will create engaging professional and personalised wellness experiences while contributing to the overall guest experience within the wellness centre.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct individual and group yoga and/or Pilates sessions for guests

Adapt classes to suit varying fitness levels abilities and guest requirements

Promote wellness mindfulness and healthy lifestyle practices

Create a welcoming and inspiring environment for guests

Deliver exceptional guest service at all times

Maintain professional standards within the wellness centre

Ensure all equipment is clean organised and well maintained

Work closely with the spa and hospitality teams to create memorable guest experiences

Provide guidance on wellness practices where appropriate

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and presentation

Requirements

Certified Yoga Instructor with a minimum 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and/or recognised Pilates qualification

Previous experience teaching group classes and private sessions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong guest service and hospitality focus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional appearance and positive attitude

First Aid certification advantageous

Previous experience within luxury hospitality wellness retreats or spa environments beneficial
