Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect work in progress and perform final quality checks
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain workshop cleanliness
- Assign daily tasks monitor workflow and manage productivity levels
- Manage technical staff
- Ensure specialized tools and machinery are maintained
- Monitor the stock levels of spare parts and consumable
- Ensure mechanical repairs or production tasks are completed safely and efficiently
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Trade Test Certificate Diesel Mechanic
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum of 5 years experience
