Winder Electrician

• Perform electrical maintenance inspections and fault finding on winding equipment and associated systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance activities to maximise equipment availability and minimise unplanned downtime.
• Support maintenance planning work scheduling and effective execution of maintenance work orders.
• Participate in equipment reliability root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor equipment performance and provide recommendations to improve maintenance effectiveness and operational reliability.
• Ensure compliance with SHE standards statutory requirements and engineering procedures.
• Attend to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records inspections and technical documentation.
• Support training coaching and development of team members and apprentices.
• Collaborate with operations engineering and maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient production support.

• Grade 12
• Valid Trade Test Certificate (Electrician)
• 5 years experience as a Winder Electrician within the mining industry
• Valid Drivers License
