Wellness Therapist (Yoga & Spa) Luxury Private Game Reserve Hoedspruit Area

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified and passionate Wellness Therapist (Yoga & Spa) for a luxury private game reserve in the Hoedspruit area.

This unique live-in opportunity combines professional spa therapy with yoga instruction allowing the successful candidate to deliver a holistic wellness experience within a breathtaking safari setting. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about wellbeing guest care and creating memorable experiences that promote relaxation mindfulness and rejuvenation.

Package

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Live-in position

Accommodation provided

Meals provided during working hours

3-week working cycle followed by 7 consecutive days off

The Role

The Wellness Therapist will be responsible for delivering a range of professional spa treatments while also conducting yoga classes and private wellness sessions. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by providing personalised wellness journeys and maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct yoga classes and private wellness sessions for guests

Deliver a variety of spa treatments to the highest professional standards

Promote relaxation mindfulness and overall wellbeing

Provide personalised wellness recommendations and guidance to guests

Ensure treatment rooms yoga spaces and equipment are maintained to impeccable standards

Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable wellness experiences

Support wellness programmes and initiatives within the spa

Assist with retail sales and product recommendations

Maintain accurate treatment records and guest preferences

Uphold all health hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

Qualified Spa Therapist with recognised certification

Certified Yoga Instructor (minimum 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training preferred)

Previous experience within a luxury spa wellness retreat or hospitality environment

Strong guest relations and communication skills

Professional and confident treatment and instruction abilities

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for wellness holistic health and guest care
