Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Wealth Administrator to join the Port Elizabeth team

Assist financial advisers in developing comprehensive financial plans for clients including retirement investment tax and estate planning strategies.

Prepare and present financial analysis including asset allocation risk profiling and portfolio recommendations.

Draft client reports and documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products regulations and industry best practices.

Conduct research on financial products strategies and market trends to support financial planning decisions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients building strong long-term relationships through excellent communication and service.

Actively engage with clients to understand their financial needs objectives and concerns.

Provide regular updates on financial plans and portfolio performance ensuring clients are informed and confident in their financial journey.

Address client inquiries resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Coordinate and facilitate client meetings ensuring all necessary materials and documents are prepared

Support the implementation of financial plans by liaising with third-party providers such as insurance companies or investment managers.

Assist in onboarding new clients and preparing them for a seamless financial planning experience.

Work closely with other departments such as compliance and administration to ensure accurate execution of tasks related to client financial plans.

Adhere to all compliance in terms of FICA and FAIS regulations.

Ongoing maintenance and development of professional knowledge to satisfy the current industry and legislative requirements.

General office management duties and/or administrative tasks within other divisions of the business that may be required from time to time.



Requirements

Grade 12

Relevant 3 year Diploma preferred

RE 5 qualification preferred

At least 1 years of experience in a working corporate environment

Proficiency in MS Office
