- Manage Daily Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving inventory distribution and layout optimization while managing stock control through regular reconciliation with internal data storage systems.
- Lead and Develop the Team: Plan work rotas assign tasks appropriately and train coach and motivate warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure Health Safety and Compliance: Conduct departmental risk assessments enforce safety procedures adhere to statutory reporting and maintain compliance with all handling shipping and hygiene regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse management inventory control and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing legislation health and safety risk assessments and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proven ability in written and oral communication problem-solving change management and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong Information Technology literacy exceptional organization and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
