Job Summary
Leading fmcg company is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the storage inventory control picking loading dispatch and stock management of finished goods ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving storage picking dispatch and stock control.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts stock takes and FIFO stock rotation.
- Supervise loading unloading and distribution activities to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Lead and support warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and productivity standards.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping equipment and storage standards.
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ food safety and company procedures.
- Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Diploma in Warehousing or Logistics (advantageous)
- Cold storage experience (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience within a food/FMCG environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and warehouse systems.
- Leadership inventory control and problem-solving skills.
