Warehouse Manager Mining

• Plan organise and manage daily warehouse and yard operations.
• Oversee receiving put-away picking issuing dispatch and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and drive stock accuracy.
• Manage critical spares consumables and stock levels.
• Conduct stocktakes cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve inventory variances and manage obsolete or slow-moving stock.
• Ensure effective warehouse governance controls and audit compliance.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and correct specifications.
• Oversee receiving dispatch transport and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements including safe storage housekeeping and equipment safety.
• Lead coach and develop warehouse personnel.
• Monitor warehouse performance service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Grade 12
• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Logistics Warehouse Management or equivalent
• Minimum 58 years experience within the mining industry with 3 years experience in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of OEM
• Experience in inventory control stocktakes and critical spares management
• Strong understanding of warehouse governance controls and audit requirements
• Experience managing receiving issuing dispatch and returns processes
• Valid Drivers License

• Salary: R850K - R950K P/A
• Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
