Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations including inbound receiving stock movement picking packing dispatch and outbound deliveries.
- Utilise SAP to manage warehouse transactions inventory movements stock accuracy reporting and inbound and outbound processes.
- Lead warehouse teams monitor operational performance maintain efficient distribution processes and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Relevant qualification in Logistics Supply Chain Warehouse Management or related field advantageous.
- Proven experience in a Warehouse Distribution Manager Distribution Manager or similar senior warehouse role.
- Strong SAP experience is essential.
- Proven experience managing both inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
- Strong distribution experience with a sound understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Experience managing warehouse teams and operational performance.
- Strong stock control and inventory management experience.
- Must currently reside in Cape Town.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership organisational problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse distribution stock control and SAP processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage teams and work with internal and external stakeholders.
