Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly guide them to their tables present menus and provide detailed information on daily specials ingredients and potential allergens.
Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system and communicate specific dietary requirements clearly to the kitchen team.
Table Service: Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently ensuring beautiful presentation and checking in on guests throughout their meal.
Upselling: Upsell appetizers specialty beverages and desserts by sharing your genuine enthusiasm for our menu.
Billing & Cash Handling: Prepare final bills process cash and card payments accurately and handle cash-up procedures responsibly.
Section Maintenance: Keep your assigned service area clean organized and fully stocked. Assist with clearing wiping and resetting tables swiftly.
Teamwork: Collaborate closely with kitchen staff bar staff and fellow front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operational flow. EMAIL CV TO ;
