- Conducting user research interviews surveys and usability testing.
- Creating user journeys personas wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Designing intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Analysing user behaviour and feedback to continuously improve usability.
- Ensuring designs align with accessibility standards and design systems.
- Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- A qualification in UX Design HCI Graphic Design Psychology Information Systems or a related field.
- 4 years of UX design experience ideally with exposure to leading projects or mentoring others.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end UX design process.
- Proven experience in user research wireframing prototyping and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Tools youll work with: Figma FigJam Miro Adobe XD Maze Hotjar and Google Analytics.
