Were looking for a Digital Detective (officially known as a UAT Specialist) to help make sure software is truly ready for the real world before it reaches users.
In this role youll dive deep into systems challenge assumptions uncover hidden glitches and champion the customer experience. Working in a fast-paced Agile environment youll test validate and investigate complex high-volume platforms while ensuring every release is polished reliable and ready for launch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dive into requirements and figure out how things should work
- Create and run test scenarios that uncover hidden issues
- Follow workflows data and system interactions to make sure everything behaves as expected
- Hunt down bugs track them and help get them fixed
- Spot risks before they become real-world problems
- Keep teams updated and help ensure smooth successful releases
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience testing software and uncovering issues before users do
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for solving puzzles and thinking outside the box
- Comfortable creating executing and managing test scenarios in fast-paced delivery environments
- Experience working with testing tools defect tracking platforms and collaborating across technical and business teams
- Solid understanding of APIs system integrations data validation and how technology fits together behind the scenes
- A detail-obsessed quality champion with a passion for technology great user experiences and delivering software that just works
