- Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience as a Truck Workshop Foreman within the Automotive Industry Heavy Vehicle Department
- Must have a valid Drivers Licence Code 14 will be beneficial
- Must have relevant Trade Test qualifications (merSETA Olifantsfontein QCTO)
- Strong Technical and Communication skills
- Must be able to lead a team and work under pressure
