An opportunity for an experienced MECHANICAL FOREMAN is required to lead and manage mechanical maintenance teams in a high-output industrial plant. Limited Duration Contract & Permanent employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region).

• Supervise mechanical teams across presses dryers boilers conveyors
• Maintain and repair gearboxes bearings feed systems and rotating equipment
• Lead plan and track maintenance tasks and outages
• Implement reliability strategies and continuous improvement
• Coach technicians and enforce safety standards and protocols
• Coordinate shutdown planning and execution

• Mechanical trade qualification (Millwright / Fitter) (Red Seal preferred) or equivalent
• Supervisory experience in heavy industry
• 5 years industrial plant mechanical experience / Industrial Installation L.D.C. Projects
• Strong mechanical systems knowledge
• Leadership and communication skills
• Safety compliance focus
• Traceable & contactable references
• Local residency or relocation required
