Treasury Manager

What you will be doing:

• Manage daily cash positioning forecasting and liquidity
• Develop short and long-term treasury strategies and cash flow forecasts
• Oversee foreign exchange interest rate risk and hedging activities
• Monitor the debt portfolio and ensure compliance with covenants
• Calculate monitor and report financial covenants
• Manage relationships with banks facility agents and financial institutions
• Lead the opening of bank accounts and finance facilities in new regions
• Prepare treasury reports meeting packs and minutes for the Treasury Committee
• Administer amortisation schedules monthly journals and senior debt reconciliations
• Maintain the groups schedule of guarantees
• Perform cash sweep calculations and manage divisional notional limits
• Ensure timely release of contractual and statutory payments
• Lead debtor collections and strategies to reduce debtor days
• Perform credit checks on new clients and reconcile debtor accounts
• Process intra-group invoicing and streamline related-party transactions
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across treasury and banking
• Strengthen internal controls and support policy updates
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning with the finance team

What we are looking for:

• ACCA qualified or Level 3 or registered Chartered Accountant
• 23 years experience in treasury management
• Proven track record managing banking relationships and negotiating financing terms
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Confidence working with senior management and external stakeholders
• A collaborative approach when working with finance and operations teams
