Job Summary
Job Position: Transport Supervisor

Location: Germiston/Elsburg
Salary: R25000 R35 000 per month commensurate with experience
Working hours: 6 AM 5 PM Monday to Friday and weekends if required - will be on 24/7 standby
Qualifications / Requirements:
Valid drivers license essential
Must live close enough to Elsburg
Will manage 3 shift operation that runs 24/7 (must be willing to be on standby)
Needs to have scheduling / supervising / yard / trucking / transport experience
Experience in general operations in trucking/transport environment
Strong supervisory experience essential
Strong confident assertive resilient no-nonsense sharp
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to step in for Controllers if needed
Checking of info relating to trucks
Overseeing the loading and offloading of trucks
Investigating of accidents
Preparing of reports and ensure total accuracy
