Transformation Internship

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on industry trends competitor strategies and best practices that support transformational change in Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment. Summarise findings and present insights to the team.
• Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collect and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives. Prepare reports and dashboards to track progress identify key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback address concerns and ensure buy-in for transformational initiatives. Foster positive relationships and communicate effectively to drive alignment and support.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency gains within the organisation. Propose innovative solutions and participate in the implementation of change initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment methodologies change management principles and emerging technologies. Participate in training sessions workshops and networking events to further develop your skills and expertise.

They should have a proactive approach coupled with a passion for learning and driving organisational improvement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Data Visualisation:

Familiarity with Excel PowerPoint Word and data visualisation tools is advantageous.

• Background in Project Management and Change Management:

Previous experience or coursework in these areas is desirable.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements

• Matric or equivalent
• Must have completed a Bachelors degree in business administration Management Organisational Development or Industrial Psychology Strategic Management Business Management Social Science or a related field.
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• No work experience required

• Be a South African citizen
• Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA
• Be between the ages of 18 & 35
• Unemployed in the last 2 months
