Our client in the Network Technology sector is looking for a Transformation Director on a contract duration of 6 to 12 months.
Role Purpose
Provide day-to-day leadership and accountability for the transformation programme across all six service requirements ensuring that commercial customer operational data AI and transformation-management initiatives operate as an integrated programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation delivery across SR1SR6.
- Chair the Delivery Partner side of the Transformation Management Office.
- Translate One strategy into executable transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate business transformation and BSS implementation activities.
- Manage dependencies across business units BSS OEMs and third parties.
- Establish and maintain integrated programme plans and delivery registers.
- Drive stage-gate governance and transformation outcomes.
- Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business benefits.
- Manage executive stakeholders and escalations.
- Oversee capability transfer.
- Ensure effective collaboration between Enterprise Architecture Data Customer Commercial and Operations teams.
- Provide leadership during the transition from Discovery into Execution.
- Bachelors degree in Business IT Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- Programme/Transformation Management qualification advantageous.
- 1215 years transformation/programme leadership experience.
- Strong telecommunications and BSS transformation experience.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
- Experience working across multiple business units.
- Strong understanding of BSS digital transformation customer journeys data and integration.
- Experience with Agile delivery and transformation governance.
- Strong executive stakeholder management.
