Job Summary
Our client is looking for a motivated and hands-on Trainee Supervisor to support daily production activities while developing their leadership and supervisory skills.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with glass cutting packing and manufacturing activities.
- Supply and manage materials and tools.
- Maintain a clean safe and organised work area.
- Assist with loading trucks when required.
- Learn to operate the overhead gantry safely.
- Process glass off-cuts.
- Monitor stock levels and participate in stock takes.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are kept in good working order.
- Develop leadership skills and take responsibility for daily production activities.
- Perform other reasonable duties as required.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
