A leading engineering consultancy is looking for a talented Traffic Engineer to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer with solid traffic and transportation experience to work on a variety of infrastructure projects contribute to innovative solutions and grow within a dynamic professional environment.
Job Description:
- Plan design and develop traffic and transportation engineering solutions
- Conduct traffic impact assessments traffic studies and analysis
- Develop and review traffic models reports and technical documentation
- Design roadway intersection and traffic management solutions
- Prepare technical drawings specifications and design reports
- Liaise with clients authorities and multidisciplinary project teams
- Provide technical input throughout the planning design and implementation phases
- Assist with project coordination and ensure deliverables meet required standards
Skills & Experience:
- Manage assigned traffic engineering tasks and deliverables
- Perform traffic analysis capacity assessments and intersection evaluations
- Develop practical and cost-effective traffic solutions
- Review designs and technical documentation for quality and compliance
- Support senior engineers and project managers on larger projects
- Attend client and project meetings as required
- Ensure work complies with relevant engineering standards guidelines and legislation
- Contribute to project timelines budgets and quality objectives
- Minimum 35 years experience in traffic and transportation engineering
Qualification:
- BSc/BEng/BTech in Civil Engineering Transportation Engineering
- Valid drivers license
