Introduction
An established financial services contact centre is expanding and is looking for experienced Tracker Sales Agents to join its high-performing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals with a proven track record of selling vehicle tracking solutions in a call centre environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Sell vehicle tracking products to prospective customers over the phone.
- Build rapport and identify customer needs.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately capture customer information and sales.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 months call centre sales experience selling vehicle tracking products (Tracker Cartrack Netstar or similar).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work in a fast-paced call centre environment.
