Temporary Stock & Compliance Assistant

• Perform physical stock counts for airside trolleys and storage areas;
• Accurately record and capture stock data in designated systems;
• Verify that all trolleys are correctly sealed and that stock handling complies with approved procedures;
• Monitor adherence to operational and compliance procedures by both flight crew and catering partners;
• Promptly report any discrepancies or instances of non-compliance to management;
• Assist with ad hoc stock control and compliance related activities as required.

• Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
• Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field (Advantageous);
• 1 year experience in stock control inventory compliance monitoring or related (Essential);
• Experience within aviation catering or FMCG environments (Advantageous);
• Familiarity with stock management systems and ERP platforms (Advantageous);
• Willing to work overtime and standby;
• Basic stock management principle understanding.
