We have a short term placement opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager at Rola VW Malmesbury. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Furthermore the Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a customer-focused sales culture within the NEW and SELEKT vehicledivision whilst promoting the Rola brand.

• Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in automotive sales with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards common goals.
• Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
