Our client is a well-established telecommunications provider expanding their sales team due to exciting new product offerings. They are looking for motivated customer-focused Sales Agents to join their growing Cape Town team.

The Sales Agent will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote products and services identify customer needs and drive sales performance. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced target-driven contact centre environment.

• Promote and sell products and services telephonically
• Meet sales targets and KPIs
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Handle objections and close sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Stay updated on products promotions and offerings

• Matric (essential)
• 12 years contact centre sales experience
• Telecommunications experience advantageous
• Strong sales negotiation and communication skills
• Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems
