Purpose of the roleThe Technical Specialist - Digital is responsible for providing technical expertise and operational support within the digital printing environment. The role ensures optimal print quality efficient production planning effective stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement of digital production processes. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between production prepress suppliers and technical service providers to ensure seamless workflow execution and delivery of high-quality Role:In this exciting role you will:Digital Print Quality & Technical SupportConduct and approve colour sign-offs to ensure customer and quality standards are technical support for HP digital presses and ABG finishing technical issues and coordinate solutions to minimize production print quality and recommend process CoordinationCoordinate SMED initiatives to improve operational and coordinate production plans and planning boards to support workflow with production teams to ensure schedules are met and resources are effectively & Data ManagementMaintain and manage the DFE archive digital files and production data are accurately stored organized and data integrity and document control within the digital production LiaisonLiaise with DTP teams regarding artwork file preparation and production closely with Raw Material Stores to ensure material availability and smooth production with suppliers regarding equipment support maintenance and technical strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support operational succeed in this role you willrequire:Relevant qualification in Printing Digital Printing Technology or a related print technology certification will be 3 years experience in a digital printing or printing with HP digital printing equipment and colour to production planning and workflow understanding of digital printing processes and DFE problem-solving planning and organisational stakeholder management and communication in Microsoft -oriented with a strong focus on results-driven and team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
