Job Description:
At Castrol were looking for a Technical Services Specialist - HD & Automotive to help customers improve equipment reliability performance and operational efficiency across South Africas heavy-duty and industrial sectors.
What Youll Do
Deliver technical support troubleshooting and lubrication expertise to customers and distributors.
Conduct site inspections audits and condition monitoring assessments.
Lead field trials value improvement projects and technical service initiatives.
Support growth across Agriculture Construction Transport OEM and FWS sectors.
Train and coach customers distributors and internal teams on lubrication best practices.
Manage technical complaints and provide practical customer-focused solutions.
About You
You are a customer-focused technical professional who enjoys solving complex equipment and maintenance challenges. You build strong relationships communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and combine technical expertise with commercial awareness.
Skills & Experience
Degree in Mechanical Chemical Materials Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in industrial maintenance lubrication reliability engineering or condition monitoring.
Strong knowledge of heavy-duty equipment and industrial lubrication applications.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience delivering technical training and supporting customers in operational environments.
Commercial awareness and the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
