City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking experienced Technical Services Operators to join our team on a casual basis supporting events across our iconic venues including the Civic Theatre Playhouse and City Hall.

Here your ideas and efforts directly shape the places where you and your community live work and play

As a Technical Services Operator youll deliver high-quality technical services for a diverse range of live performances and events. Drawing on your professional expertise youll work across areas such as rigging lighting audio audio-visual and staging to ensure every production is executed to the highest standard.

Youll take ownership during events by leading a technical area operating systems with confidence and independence and collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders. Through your technical skill and proactive approach youll help bring each productions vision to life and contribute to exceptional event experiences.
