Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to client service requests
- Perform routine inspections
- Provide remote or on-site technical assistance
- Diagnose complex technical problems
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance
- Record troubleshooting steps in IT service management tools
- Ensure equipment or software systems operate reliably
- Write reports on equipment or system performance
- Hand off unresolved or advanced problems to senior engineering
- Track service tickets

- University degree
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum of 5 years experience
