Our client is a well-established provider of transport refrigeration air conditioning fleet cooling and related support solutions across Southern Africa. They supply install maintain and repair specialised cooling equipment for the transport and logistics industry delivering reliable aftermarket support technical expertise and innovative solutions to a broad customer base.
Provide specialised technical support to sales and service teams troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues manage installations and commissioning projects conduct technical training for technicians and customers liaise with international manufacturers on technical and warranty matters identify business opportunities and ensure high service standards across customer sites while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a relevant Artisan qualification.
- Minimum 5 years experience within the transport refrigeration HVAC air-conditioning refrigeration or related service industry.
- Proven experience in fault-finding maintenance repairs installations and commissioning of electromechanical equipment.
- Strong customer-facing technical support experience with the ability to train mentor and support technicians
- Proficient in engineering software ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office with the ability to travel extensively when required
