Job Summary
Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to oversee food safety technical compliance residue testing audits and supplier compliance across the farming and packhouse operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage HACCP GlobalG.A.P. BRC SIZA and related compliance requirements.
Oversee residue testing and investigate pesticide issues.
Manage supplier ethical and food-safety audits.
Maintain retailer and supplier technical approvals.
Drive food-safety environmental and regulatory compliance.
Manage technical documentation and due diligence processes.
Train and support farm staff.
Build strong relationships with suppliers customers and internal teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge of HACCP GlobalG.A.P. BRC SIZA Social & Environmental and Farming for the Future.
Experience in a farming and packhouse environment.
Experience with residue testing audits and supplier compliance.
Strong leadership organisational and communication skills.
Proactive hands-on and excellent problem-solving ability.
