Technical Manager Commercial Hot Water & Heat Pump Systems (Johannesburg)
A specialist engineering firm is seeking a Technical Manager to lead technical oversight engineering integrity and project delivery across largescale commercial hot water and heat pump installations.
This role is ideal for a senior HVAC/mechanical professional who enjoys technical leadership problemsolving and ensuring highquality project execution.
What Youll Do
Validate technical designs and proposals
Lead project managers and installation teams
Oversee commissioning and installation quality
Resolve complex technical and site challenges
Ensure compliance with SANS and OHSA
Improve technical standards and operational discipline
Build and mentor a strong technical team
Requirements
What You Need
Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma
710 years in HVAC/mechanical/building services
Strong hydronic or commercial hot water experience
Experience managing technical teams
Strong understanding of central plant and pumped systems
Ability to read and critique mechanical designs
