Technical Customer Success Manager

Our client is seeking a driven and technically minded Technical Customer Success Manager to play a key role in ensuring clients achieve maximum value from a cutting-edge AI platform. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer engagement working closely with clients from implementation through to long-term adoption and growth.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director you will take ownership of the customer journey manage technical implementations and serve as a trusted advisor for clients leveraging AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client onboarding and technical success process
• Lead implementation projects and ensure seamless platform integration
• Act as the technical bridge between clients and engineering teams
• Deliver product demonstrations training sessions and technical support
• Identify opportunities for account growth and feature adoption
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and coordinate resolutions
• Build and improve scalable customer success processes
• Develop strong client relationships and drive long-term engagement

Requirements

• Strong technical background with hands-on AI machine learning or conversational AI experience
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience managing technical implementations and client engagements

Highly Desirable

• 3 years in a Technical Customer Success or similar client-facing technical role
• Experience working with AI or SaaS platforms
• Exposure to voice technologies chatbots or conversational AI solutions
