Job Summary
The role requires a dynamic and technically minded Buyer who thrives on commercial projects.
Job Description:
- Procure components and equipment
- Ensure accurate records of RFQs
- Attend project planning meetings
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse
- Continuously ensure competitive supplier prices
- Build strong relationships with suppliers
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing or Mining
- Extensive experience procurement purchasing sourcing or supply chain management
- ERP systems are highly advantageous
- CIPS qualification advantageous
Qualification:
- BEng/ BTech and Diploma in Supply Chain Procurement or Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
