Team Leader

• Lead manage and organize the inbound teams within a department and monitor productivity

• Support Inbound Department Manager in maximizing operational excellence quality and efficiency / productivity by proactive analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows
• Lead the team to unload split cross-dock allocation to buffer between buffers and to drop point in the pick areas VAS handle online returns and cross-DC/ -region moves quality sample checking
• Secure efficiency and smooth operations in cost-efficient way according to H&M operational & sustainability standards
• Ensure inbound of planned qty. and correct storage of products
• Responsible to conduct inventory counts
• Understand core features of systems in WH (i.e. E2E product flow & impact) being able to run day-to-day operations
• Identify risks and issues within department team and support resolving; closely align with Controlling and Import/ Export where relevant

Qualifications :

• Understanding of inbound operations processes and cost drivers
• Solid knowledge of the DC systems landscape and system updates technology related development needs priorities and projects/ rollouts in Inbound
• Ability to understand and apply new system features/ updates within a given time frame
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Ability to collaborate and co-create with others
• Agile mindset with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth
