Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate daily production activities including machine start-up staff allocation and production line efficiency

  • Monitor production performance record hourly output and address underperformance with operators and planning team

  • Ensure timely reporting of machine breakdowns production issues and workflow updates

  • Manage attendance registers leave submissions and daily documentation such as delivery notes and requisitions

  • Maintain housekeeping standards ensuring a clean safe and organised working environment

  • Enforce discipline on the production floor including punctuality workforce control and adherence to company policies

  • Collaborate with planning quality and maintenance teams to ensure production targets and quality standards are met

  • Oversee quality control processes identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken



MinimumRequirements


  • Qualification: Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent

  • Experience: Minimum of 23 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment

  • Skills:

  • Working knowledge of factory machinery and processes

  • Experience in production coordination and documentation

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
