This position supports the ongoing loading maintenance and optimisation of managedcare rules within the administration platform ensuring clean data compliant updates and seamless operational flow.

Key Focus Areas

• Tariff & rule maintenance Maintain update and verify tariff and rule sets to ensure system accuracy.
• Quality assurance Conduct checks identify discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Process optimisation Contribute to efficiency improvements and streamlined workflows.
• Crossfunctional support Collaborate with operational teams to resolve queries and ensure alignment.
• Knowledge transfer Share insights support training and strengthen departmental capability.

Requirements

• Grade 12 plus a relevant Diploma/Degree (Business Management or related).
• Minimum 3 years experience in the medical aid environment.
• Minimum 5 years claims experience.
• Minimum 3 years working with rules and tariffs.
• Must come from a Managed Care or Medical Scheme environment and have direct experience in configuring rules and maintaining tariffs.
