Ready to take ownership of a business-critical project and ensure teams are set up for success Were looking for an experienced Project Readiness Lead to drive testing activities coordinate user engagement support training initiatives and help deliver a seamless project outcome. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) activities across multiple integrations
- Review and enhance test scripts to ensure they are fit for purpose and business relevant
- Coordinate and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across various regions and stakeholders
- Develop and manage testing plans schedules and execution activities
- Partner with project teams to plan and facilitate user training sessions
- Monitor testing progress and ensure all test scenarios are completed
- Gather user feedback and translate findings into actionable improvements
- Log track and manage defects through Azure DevOps
- Drive defect resolution by collaborating with project and implementation teams
- Coordinate retesting activities and validate issue resolution
- Define and gain approval for UAT exit criteria
- Facilitate successful UAT sign-off and project readiness
- Build strong relationships with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proactively identify manage and communicate project risks and issues
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience leading testing activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
- Strong background in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience coordinating testing across multiple business units regions or legal entities
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for defect and test management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight deadlines
- Experience creating reviewing and improving test scripts and testing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead user training and support successful business adoption
- Experience working within complex ERP implementation environments
