What you will be doing:
- Design configure and maintain Netskope SSE modules - including Next-Gen Secure Web Gateway (NG-SWG) Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Deploy manage and optimise CrowdStrike Falcon platform agents across endpoint environments - fine-tuning detection policies managing threat exclusions and assisting SOC teams during incident escalation.
- Administrate Mimecast Targeted Threat Protection (TTP) URL/Attachment protection impersonation protection content filtering and email archiving.
- Maintain DMARC DKIM and SPF configurations.
- Maintain perimeter firewalls VPN configurations network segmentation and micro-segmentation and integrate network controls with SASE architectures.
- Streamline log ingestion and alert telemetry between Netskope CrowdStrike and Mimecast into our centralized SIEM/SOAR platform.
- Conduct regular security policy reviews perform root-cause analysis on complex threats and serve as Tier 3 engineering support for security incidents.
