Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects including system implementations application upgrades and software development initiatives.
- Develop project plans budgets timelines and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress risks and milestones while ensuring successful delivery.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders technical teams and external vendors.
- Manage and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Design and implement automated workflows and data exchange processes.
- Oversee the performance availability and lifecycle management of critical business systems.
- Lead mentor and develop a multi-disciplinary IT team.
- Manage departmental budgets and technology expenditure.
- Develop and enforce IT policies procedures and governance standards.
- Provide escalation support for complex technical challenges and service disruptions.
- Partner with business leaders to define future technology strategies and system roadmaps.
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant IT management business or project management qualifications will be advantageous.
- 5 to 10 years of experience within Information Technology environments.
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading IT projects and technology implementations.
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles from planning through to successful delivery.
- Experience working with enterprise business systems such as ERP WMS POS or similar platforms.
- Experience managing technical teams and coordinating third-party vendors.
- Exposure to systems integration and software implementation projects.
- IT project management and delivery.
- Enterprise systems administration and oversight.
- Systems integration and API connectivity.
- Software implementation and lifecycle management.
- Business process automation.
- IT governance and compliance.
- Budget planning and resource management.
