Our client in the Telecoms sector is looking for a Systems Analyst BSS & Telecommunications on a contract duration of 6 to 12 months.
Role Overview
Our client in the Telecommunications sector is seeking experienced Systems Analysts with strong BSS (Business Support Systems) and telecommunications experience. The successful candidates will be responsible for analysing business and technical requirements designing system solutions supporting system integration and ensuring that BSS platforms effectively support telecoms products services and customer processes.Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology Computer Science Systems Analysis or a related field.
- 5 years experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong telecommunications industry experience.
- Proven BSS experience within a telecoms environment.
- Experience analysing complex systems and integrations.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience working across the full systems development lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile and/or traditional delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Advantageous Experience
- TM Forum / Frameworx knowledge.
- eTOM SID and TAM knowledge.
- OSS/BSS transformation programmes.
- CRM Billing Charging or Order Management implementations.
- API and integration experience.
- Cloud-based BSS platforms.
- Microservices architecture.
- DevOps environments.
- SQL and database knowledge.
- Jira and Confluence.
- Agile / Scrum experience.
