A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Supervisor: Allergan Production in Malmesbury.
Responsible for supervising the end-to-end production process of value-added meat products ensuring quality productivity food safety hygiene and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Production Management
Supervise production processes including grinding mixing filling packing wrapping and labelling.
Ensure products meet quality appearance packing and labelling standards.
Implement and maintain efficient production procedures and processes.
Manage stock rotation and inventory control within the production area.
Monitor hygiene standards and compliance with food safety requirements.
Identify and report quality or maintenance non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Ensure production targets productivity and cost objectives are achieved.
People Management
Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet daily targets.
Manage employee attendance and performance.
Apply disciplinary procedures where required.
Promote positive employee relations and a productive work environment.
SHEQ Compliance
Ensure adherence to health safety environmental and quality standards.
Enforce correct use of PPE.
Maintain personal and product hygiene standards at all times.
Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Grade 12 / Matric.
Experience
35 years experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
Previous supervisory experience advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
Production and process management.
Technical and operational knowledge.
Planning and organizational skills.
Decision-making ability.
Systems-oriented approach.
Computer literacy.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to the Cape Town/Malmesbury area at their own cost if currently based elsewhere.
Reliable transportation and ability to commute consistently are essential.
