Strategy Associate

Were looking for a Strategy Associate to work directly with the Chief Strategy Officer helping shape and execute business strategy while expanding access to finance for South African SMMEs through innovative funding solutions.

Requirements include:

• Bachelors degree in business Economics Finance Engineering or a related field
• 35 years experience in strategy fintech financial services management consulting or a related environment
• Experience working with banks funders or strategic partners is highly advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent PowerPoint Excel and data storytelling skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms to improve business outcomes
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
• Genuine interest in fintech financial inclusion and supporting South African SMMEs
