Our client is a leading and fast-growing brand within the hair and beauty industry seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy retail store.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail professional who is passionate about customer service sales people management and achieving commercial targets.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Matric / Grade 12.
Diploma or qualification in Retail Management Business Management or a related field is advantageous.
35 years experience in a Store Manager or similar retail management position.
Previous experience within hair beauty cosmetics fashion or another premium retail environment will be advantageous.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
Strong people-management and leadership skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Good understanding of stock control and retail operations.
Computer literate with experience using POS and retail management systems.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive store profitability.
Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays when required.
