Duties & Responsibilities
Receive inspect and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery all stock is stored correctly in accordance with food safety and hospital appropriate stock rotation practices (FIFO) and monitor expiry stock to kitchen and operational departments as regular stock counts and assist with month-end inventory stock levels and notify management of shortages or potential stock accurate stock records and inventory cold rooms freezers dry stores and storage areas are clean organised and compliant with hygiene with loading unloading and moving stock waste management and minimise stock to all health safety infection control and HACCP requirements.
