Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of technical and non-technical items
- Ensure all stock is stored securely neatly and in an organized manner
- Receive inspect and issue stock in line with company procedures
- Handle physical movement packing and binning of stock
- Conduct regular stock counts and support audit processes
- Capture all stock transactions accurately using Infor EAM system
- Monitor and manage stock usage to minimize losses and variances
- Provide daily feedback and observations to the Store Supervisor
- Deliver high levels of internal customer service to maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ policies (ISO 45001)
- Perform any reasonable ad hoc duties as requested
