Job Summary
Picking per stock on SAP
Communicate same day re incorrect codes to sales and billing where applicable
Stock picked before COB the previous day supervisor notified of any discrepancies
HOUSE KEEPING
Stock rotated (FIFO)
Stock packed away same day as delivery
Aisles cleared at all times
Stock packed in the correct areas in the stores
All stock clearly labelled
Area outside and around stores clean and clear
STOCKTAKE
Comprehensive stocktake at least once a month
Cycle counts as and when required
GENERAL
Any other tasks assigned by Storeman/Supervisor/Manager
Taking orders to other departments and ensure they sign
Sorting out radios and ensuring returned radios do not pile up at stores
Sorting out faulty stock per supplier to send back
