Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential
• 3 to 5 years retail experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable responsible and trustworthy

Store Manager Responsibilities

• Lead motivate and develop the store team
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Manage stock control merchandising and store operations
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards
• Oversee staff scheduling and daily operational activities

Key Holder Responsibilities

• Support store management with daily operations
• Open and close the store when required
• Supervise staff during trading hours
• Assist with stock management and visual merchandising
• Deliver outstanding customer service

Retail Assistant Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide a memorable shopping experience
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Replenish stock and maintain merchandising standards
• Keep the store clean organized and welcoming
• Support the team in achieving sales targets
