- Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Store Manager within the Butchery Retail FMCG Industries
- Grade 12
- Knowledge of Butchery operations and retail meat management
- Experienced in Meat cutting techniques Carcass breakdown and Product yields
- Stock control and rotation Ordering Receiving Inventory management
- Strong understanding of Food safety Hygiene Health and Safety regulations
- Valid Drivers License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
Salary Structure:
- Basic Salary based on experience
