Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records across the business
- Record and monitor all stock movements in the ERP system
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies quickly
- Support cycle counts stocktakes and inventory audits
- Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or excess stock
- Work closely with Procurement Warehouse Sales and Finance
- Reduce shrinkage losses and stock-related errors
- Support accurate order fulfilment and purchasing decisions
- Improve stock control processes and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in stock control or inventory management
- Strong ERP and inventory system knowledge
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with stock counts reconciliations and discrepancy investigations
- Retail wholesale warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Able to work accurately in a fast-moving environment
Education
- Relevant certificate diploma or degree in Supply Chain Logistics Inventory Management or a related field
- Equivalent practical experience will be considered
