THE MISSION 

• You are responsible for cleaning the equipment used in the kitchen and the premises: sink kitchen garbage bin and loading dock.  
• You are responsible for setting up and maintaining these areas places at the opening and closing of the establishment.  
• You respect good waste management and proper use of equipment.  
• The rules of hygiene must be respected and you are the guarantor your watch at Mama is never over.  

Qualifications :

• You are the first to help others and enjoy working in a team. 
• You are organised and never let yourself be overwhelmed! 
• You know how to manage a high-volume service with keeping your calm.  
• You are dynamic and friendly; your colleagues love you and recognise your team spirit. 
• The kitchen is your playground and you pamper it: keep it clean and tidy your apartment has never been so clean!
